Established in 1977, the Group's activities are conducted and managed through its head office on Penang Island and operation offices at the Penang International Airport,
Butterworth, Port Klang, Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Johor Bahru and Singapore.
The Group has achieved consistent growth since its establishment. Listed on the Second Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange in
1996, the Group has established itself as one of the leading total logistics providers in the country.

Our work force of over 350 staff has highly specialised experiences in all aspects of freighting, transportation and warehousing. We constantly upgrade our facilities and service levels to meet the changing demands of the globalised markets of our clientele.
Our experienced key management personnel have held
senior key positions in the Penang Freight Forwarders Association, Penang Port Commission / Penang Port Sdn. Bhd., Malaysian Customs Consultative Committee, Penang Port Commission Consultative Committee and Council of the Malaysian Institute of Freight Forwarders.
Currently our Group General Manager is the President of the Penang Freight Forwarders
Association.

We hold membership in the FIATA (International Federation of Freight Forwarders Association); FMFF (Federation of Malaysian Freight Forwarders); PFFA (Penang Freight Forwarders Association); Penang Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Malaysian International Chambers of Commerce.
