Zainuddin bin Hj Din, aged 63, was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Transocean Holdings Bhd on August 8, 1994. He serves as a member of the Company's Audit Committee. He graduated with a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) degree from the University of Western Australia and a Master degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles. He served in the Malaysian Government service until 1976 with his last held position being the Director, Industries Division, Ministry of Trade and Industry. From 1976 to 1991, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Pertanian Baring Sanwa Merchant Bankers Bhd (now known as Commerce International Merchant Bankers Bhd). After a year with AIA Capital, Hong Kong, he joined Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd as Executive Director for eight years until his resignation in February 2001.

Khoo Boo Hong, aged 80, was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Transocean Holdings Bhd on September 15, 1999 and serves as the Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee. He was one of the pioneers in the maritime industry in Penang and had served in senior management positions in a few international shipping companies. He was also a Board Member of the Penang Port Commission and the Convenor of the International Shipowners Association of Malaysia, Northern Branch. At present, he is the Honorary Secretary of the Trustees of Leong San Tong Khoo Kongsi (Penang) Registered.

Prem Jitindarsingh, aged 35, was appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director of Transocean Holdings Bhd on July 18, 2001. He serves as a Member of the Company's Audit Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree from Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia. He is a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the CPA Australia. He started his career with Kassim Chan & Co in 1992. He joined J.S. Soo & Co prior to his present employment with Adorna Group of Companies as Financial Controller.

Tung Chee Chuen, aged 26, was appointed as an Executive Director of Transocean Holdings Bhd on January 17, 2003. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia. Upon his graduation, he joined Transocean Group of Companies in September 2001 as Assistant to Managing Director and is responsible for the sales and marketing activities of the Group's logistics services and the planning of the property development project.

Krishnan a/l Chelliah, aged 55, was appointed as an Executive Director of Transocean Holdings Bhd on July 29, 2004. He holds a Diploma in Business Administration from MITD/ABE United Kingdom. He has wide knowledge and working experience in Logistics and Fleet Management. He is also a UNESCAP qualified trainer on Freight Forwarding and lectures in various Logistics related courses. He currently serves as the President of the Penang Freight Forwarders Association, Vice President of the Federation of Malaysian Freight Forwarders and Chairman of the Malaysian Institute of Freight Forwarders. He is presently also serving a two-term office as the Honorary Secretary of the Federation of Air Cargo Agents - Asia Pacific. 

He joined Transocean Group of Companies in 1999 and serves as the Group General Manager responsible for the Group's overall Sales & Marketing activities and Operations. He is also responsible for the Group's expansion plan.

Chong See Teck, aged 39, was appointed as the Finance Director of Transocean Holdings Bhd on July 29, 2004. He sits as a member of the Company's Audit Committee. He graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman College with a Diploma in Commerce (Business Management) and a postgraduate degree in MBA (Finance) from University of Hull, United Kingdom. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

He was trained as an Auditor before joining the commercial sector and has vast experience in property development, stock-broking industry, and corporate and finance activities. He joined the Group in 1999 as the Group Financial Controller and is responsible for the overall accounting, administration and IT matters. He is also involved in the strategy planning and charting the growth of the Group.
