Mohd Nadzmi Bin Mohd Salleh, aged 56,was appointed as a Director of the
Company on 29 November 2007and does not serve on any board committee.
He is also the Chairman and Managing Director of Konsortium
Transnasional Berhad and Director of VS Industry Berhad, Ranhill
Utilities Berhad,Kumpulan Kenderaan Malaysia Berhad and Chairman of J.T
International Berhad.He also chairs and is a board member of severel
private companies.Dato' Nadzmi graduated from Ohio University, US in
1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Mathematics,
and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.He also obtained his Master
degree in Economics and Statistics in 1980.

ZAINUDDIN BIN HJ DIN
Zainuddin bin Hj Din, aged 69, was appointed as an Independent
Non-Executive Director of Transocean Holdings Bhd on August 8, 1994. He
serves as a member of the Company's Audit Committee. He graduated with
a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) degree from the University of Western
Australia and a Master degree in Business Administration from the
University of California, Los Angeles. He served in the Malaysian
Government service until 1976 with his last held position being the
Director, Industries Division, Ministry of Trade and Industry. From
1976 to 1991, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Pertanian Baring
Sanwa Merchant Bankers Bhd (now known as Commerce International
Merchant Bankers Bhd). After a year with AIA Capital, Hong Kong, he
joined Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd as Executive Director for eight years
until his resignation in February 2001.

Hock, aged 57, he was appointed as Director of the Company on 29 April
2008 and does not serve on any board committee.He is also a Director of
Kumpulan Kenderaan Malaysia Berhad.He is a member of the Malaysian
Institute of Accountants and is a Fellow of the Association of
Chartered Certified Accountants,United Kingdom.

Economics (Major in Accounting and Finance)from Monash University,
Victoria, Australia.He is a member of Malaysian Institute of
Accountants and a Fellow of CPA Australia.

Bachelor of Arts(Honours) Industrial Economics from University of
Nottingham,United Kingdom.He is an Associate Chartered Accountants
having qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants England
and Wales.
He
is presently the Executive Director(Office of the Chief Executive
Director) of Deloitte KassimChan. He has 9 years of consulting and
audit experience for Government,multinasional companies,listed and
private enterprises.
