Transocean Holdings Berhad, a public listed and ISO 9001:2000 accredited total logistics service provider seeks highly motivated and career minded individuals to fill in the following positions at our Penang / Butterworth / Port Klang offices.

GROUP FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

      Responsibilities:
     -  Prepare monthly Group financial report;
     -  Prepare quarterly Unaudited Interim Financial Report for public
         annoucement;
     -   Preparing yearly budget and analyzing variances between the monthly
         actual performance and budget;
     -  Liaising with Bankers and Investment Bankers for fund raising/corporate
         exercises;
     -  Acting as a Compliance officer to ensure compliance with Bursa
         Securities Listing Rquirement;
     -  Overseeing the Group HR, Administration, Accounts and IT department;
     -  Performing risk assessment exercise to identify weakness in the Group's
         internal control system;

      Requirement:
     -  Member of MIA, preferable with professional qualifications in Accouting;
     -  Minimum 5 years audit experience in a Big 4 accouting firm;
     -  Minimum 10 years working experience and the lat 3 yeras in a
         senior/management level position in public listed company;
     -  Conversant in Microsoft office software;
     -  Experience in managing/maintaining the ISO 9001:2000 standards;
     -  Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to work
         with tight deadlines;
     -  Good working knowledge of commercial and corporate laws;

     IT EXECUTIVE/SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR(BUTTERWORTH)

     -  Candidate must posses at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
         Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in
         Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science /
         Information Technology or equivalent;
     -  Required language(s):English, Bahasa Malaysia;
     -  At lease 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for
         this position;
     -  Applicants must be willing to work in Butterworth;
     -  Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status;
     -  Preferably junior executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network /
         System / Database Admin or equivalent;
     -  Full-Time positions available;
